like the united states congress...one Rep. Stephanie Herseth, she is a democrat, and wonderful women....other wise our Senators are Tim Johson (D) and John Thune (R).....

Ms. Herseth is also up for election at this time, and the republicans have more or less put up a sacrifical canidate against her....so she's probably going to be around for awhile....
