As a Liverpool fan i would rather be a pain seeking masochist than a Red Devil any day :P
Deserved the win yesterday though to be honest, could go on to get the title this year would prefer that than Chelsea to win it three years running, it is just ruining football that some shady billionaire out of Russia can come and pick up an average team and turn them into something special.

As one of the 'really couldn't give a rat's left buttock about anything football related, I'm quite willing to believe you on the whole Man United thing, and to say MANCHESTER UNITED ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD NO ARGUMENT. At least, knowing and caring nothing for the game, when people challenge my statement with the existence of teams like Roma, AC Milan or Juventus, I can shrug and go "Well...what the hell do I know?"
I've actually done the VIP tour of Old Trafford though, and had a meal in the VIP dinign room. It was the night of the Roy Keane testimonial match, against Celtic. The place was packed out with Man U and Celtic fans, and, perversely enough, some of the leading lights in the European 'navigation' industry, done up in tuxedoes and posh frocks, which is how I came to be there. Apparently we'd had plans to go out onto the pitch. No-one had actually checked the fact that we were double-booked with the testimonial match, so the president of the Institute I work for was forced to give this little snippet of speech to us all:
"I know many of you were hoping to go out onto the hallowed turf this evening. You can still go out onto the hallowed turf if you like. But we will not be coming with you. Apparently, you might run into some rough boys..."
I'm assuming Roy Keane is a footballer? There certainly seemed to be a big fuss about him on the night anyway...

You are having a laugh today aren't you, now if you'd said Liverpool were the greatest footy team in the world I would have had to agree, sorry but today I would rather stub my toe than say anything remarkably interesting about Manchester United, even touch that puppy and you will be getting more than a stubbed toe.
