if you select your firewall setting menu, you will see a section for exceptions. These are the programmes that will be allowed past your firewall with your consent. You need to then add this programme to the exceptions list. If you have Zone Alarm Firewall a dialogue box appears every time a new programme tries to get pat your firewall, you then have the option to click accept or decline. You do not disable your firewall, you would be open to intruders.

i believe you have to disable your firewall than download and reboot

well uninstall your firewall or download msn8.0 its better i have it and its the newest one
