16 years of education for MS in Psychology?

In US ,it requires 16 yrs of education prior to pursuin master's.Under these circumstances,what r the chances of the pass graduates who have their education to 15 years,ie,10+2+3 to get admission in MS in Psychology in US colleges?
Will a diploma course be accepted to make the education years to 16 years?

I dont think its a hard and fast rule that you have to complete 16 yrs of education.

You must have a recognised degree. Then you have to give the GRE exam. Also, you might be asked to sit subjectwise GRE(depends on Uni). If you pass both, you get admission.

If you are not in an accredited school in your country,none of your efforts will be considered by the US colleges.
However, come here on an educational visa, and take first a GED, (High School exam) then take as many APT's (advanced placement tests) that you think you can pass.
You may then, depending on how bright you are use those to enroll in a US College. (where you may continue to take the APT's to quickly accumulate credit hours)
You should using this path obtain a MS in Psychology (of all things) in 4 years or less.
In my day, on the college campus we worked hard to campaign against academic irrelevance and it appears (to late for me) to have come to fruition.
I hold 2 Ph.D,'s and 1 PPhd which took me stint of 12 years in Colleges both here and abroad.

im english so i cannot answer your question but im interested in education per se, can i ask you if you have a degree, and then go on to your masters? Or are you saying you only need 16 yrs of education, to what standard do you have to attain to be considered. LF,
