If you consider rampant sex a 'sport' then yes my bell-end stinks more than my feet and armpits. However if you mean after a game of squash, my balls get sweaty and itchy, so after I've sniffed my fingers, I'd say they're more smelly than the rest of me.

I have never had a problem with either smelling more, but I would have to say my privates are more moist than my feet, usually.

Each area has its own characteristic odor. Each smells different. And they will ALL smell after exercise or exertion.
