Hi guys,it is not a good thing to seek for a divorce I know.But when you are not respected and your spouse still chats on the internet with her male firends,then the best thing to do is get out.I got married about 4 months ago and I want out.
How do I start?

Hmm...if the divorce has been initiated in the courts you should be able to find a website for your county family court which indicates an open case, the status, and the attorney's name. If you didn't file jointly for divorce then you would have been served or had to sign paperwork acknowledging the filing. Unfortunately, your best course of action may be to hire your own lawyer. Remember, a lawyer represents the interests of his client- and right now his only client is your ex. Not you.

You can call an attorney first thing. You should be able to get an annulment since you have only been married for 4 months. Sorry for your troubles it took me to get married to see the jerk that I married for real. I am now happily divorced for 5 years and have my prince charming that I live with. Marriage is so out of the quiestion. I learned my lesson the first time. Good Luck.

Sounds like you have some serious trust issues. And if you're that jealous, you WILL drive her to doing things you don't like, just to spite you. I think you need to start ignoring these jealous feelings of yours, and get used to the fact that she's a human being, same as you.
If you can't resolve this between you, and you end up getting this divorce, do the next woman (and yourself) a favor, and DON'T ask her to marry you.

i know the feeling i got married 3 months ago and i married a loser.. call a lawyer and go for a free consultation and then start saving money and get out. good luck. Understand this though there is nothing wrong with havig friends of the opposite sex as long as it is just friends.

I wouldn't suggest divorce----But you and your new wife need to sit down and have a serious chat about what is bothering you. ONLINE chatting with other males seems to be your KEY trigger----SHE needs to know that this upsets you and that you want her to cease this practice now that you're married.
Counseling----only a bandaid on things.
MARRIAGE is a committment of compromise----and if you and your new wife can't come to the meeting of the minds then what is the point!
YOU and SHE both need to take the ME factor "SELFISH" out of the present equation in your marriage and make it the US factor! What will make OUR marriage better!

talk to a lawyer usually talking is free i don't know your situation kids house etc. or what state your in and it varies from state to state
sorry i couldn't be of more help
it was confusing at first until i talked to a lawyer for my divorce
