They never keep him for long, two days at the most. He's threaten all the neighbors. In and out of court for dealing, stealing, threaten with guns and hit men. The punk keeps getting a way with it. He's even up for raping a 15 year old girl. He's always high on something, been to the hospital with so called overdose seisures. Why do people like that keep getting away with these crimes??????

sounds like the punk made a deal with the DA or he is selling drugs for the cops. or he is a nark. either way the system does not work. just stay away from the guy if you can and if you have kids keep a close eye on them, but if the DA or the cops will not do anything to the guy then he is working with them in some way or another

It sounds like a lot of petty stuff, except for the rape, (small amounts of drugs, not being caught with a weapon in his possession etc) it's hard to believe he's got away with rape though... but the county or city that he commits these crimes in has a lot to do with it... talk to your neighbors and the police to put pressure on the courts in your area.

If it's anything like the Australian system, the cops are too scared to stop them. It's much easier to punish those who aren't going to fight back. Don't worry too much. By the sounds of it he's been in the business for a few years. He'll be dead soon. When he gets to fortyish he'll want to settle down. But once you start drugs like that (big time), the only way out is to die. He'll go into hiding, then get shot (a few of my father colleagues went that way, a good lesson for us kids to want nothing to do with that crap).

Because the law is too lenient, something needs to change to make these criminal realise the error of their ways, it is not far that the courts release them once again to cause havoc with the decent law abiding citizens that do not want or need it!
