If there's nothing medically wrong with your brother then he needs psychiatric help. Can't see the connection between being unmarried and married, what has that got to do with his 'condition'? Are you trying to say here that if he was 'happily' married he wouldn't have this eating disorder?
Must admit I've never come across this kind of eating disorder, get him to see his Doctor who'll refer him to a good psychologist with a bit of luck.

It is not normal to not eat solid food so i dont understand how the medical reports say he is normal!!!!! How on earth can he have healthy bowel movements with no solid food? that will cause a number of problems for him and he could be doing real long term damage to himself.
You need to change doctors and they will refer him to a psychiatrist, who will know what to do.
I think marriage is the least of his problems right now GET HIM SOME PROPER HELP!

I don't see how marriage can change your brothers eating habits. If he takes his time and starts slowly on solids like a baby does when weaned off milk, his stomach should slowly adapt.
No woman in her right mind would want to marry someone she has to spoon feed so if your brother gets his act together then he might just find a suitable wife

As you are telling your brother is 29 years old and if he takes only liquid diet noway it will substitute with normal food. Gradually his health will dicline and he will loose bone weight as well as his body. Kindly show him to some doctor. This type of person should not get married if you are doing so you will be spoiling one more life.

What does marriage have to do with your brother not being able to digest food?
If your brother is considered normal after what you have described than he needs to get another opinion from another doctor in another city.

Well may be its psychological if all medical reports are normal. Take him to a counsellor. Marriage is not bad but it would not heal the problem. It may add on more problems.
