- Florida: If not for a pretty bad call on the fumble late during the Auburn game (the arm was moving forward) they'd be #2 in the BCS
- LSU: They're starting to hit their stride. That game w/ Ark Nov 24 will be very interesting.
- Arkansas: Soooweee! The Razorbacks have the best RB in the nation and beat Auburn convincingly...IN Auburn. Circle Nov 24.
- Auburn: A solid RB corps but remember SCar shredded their Defense to the point the War Eagles had to kick an onside kick themsleves to keep the ball out of Carolina's hands.
- Tennessee: Phil Fulmer has the best team he's had in a few years. Good RB's, and a QB coming into his own. Not the elite of the SEC but getting there.
- Alabama: You could flip flop these next two, but because of their ability to stay in games I'll give them the nod. Should've beaten Ark. Had every opportunity to beat Tenn. Look out for them next year.
- South Carolina: Not the same team that lost to Georgia earlier in the year. The ol' ball coach has a QB that he likes, and their dismatling of Vandy at Vandy proves this team is on the rise.
- Vanderbilt: They beat Georgia at Georgia. What that means these days is anyone's guess.
- Georgia: I like the Bulldogs but man if that Offense doesn't stink! Need a QB to step up.
10. Mississippi: Oregeron has this team believing in itself. Schaeffer is playing decent ball and the D is coming along.
- Kentucky: I'll be surprised if Brooks isn't fired come season end. They're playing better but they're still losing ground to their instate rival Cardinals. When's BB season start?
- Mississippi St.: Sylvester Croom has his work cut out for him. To rebuild this program will take a few more years, and he may not be around to see the turnaround. Clearly outclassed in the SEC.
