add the email address 2 ur address book and the mail engine will unspam them(i am sure with only yahoo,gmail,rediff,hotmail,sailormoon)

Um... You don't. If you spammed someone as in repeating the same word/sentence over and over again, you cannot. It really depends on what you're spamming on and with what tool/text. For instance, on Yahoo! messenger, you cannot "take back" the spam, it will end up in there received message box.
