Can someone help me with the Millsberry Dogo greeting card task?

Ugh, I can't pass the Millsberry.com Dojo task. It's the one where you have send the greeting card to Robert J. Williams. I have, but when I go back to the dojo, Siobhan says I haven't passed it. What am I doing wrong??? I even read all over the old Gazzette papers and found nothing. Help please! :*

To send the postcard:
Go to the post office (http://www.millsberry.com/post_office/)
Click on "Send a Greeting"
Select the "Thank You" category.
Select one of the "Thank You" cards.
In the recipient name area type in robertjwilliams (just as it's written there, no punctuation, no capitals)
Cick send

Do not change the name in the "from" box or it will not register that you've sent the card.
