just open it and go to save as... text or whatever

Either use Microsoft Outlook(a MS OFFICE tool that helps u see any mail in ur inbox without Internet(FREE DOWNLOAD AVAILABLE IN www.microsoft.com )(offline)

Or select the content and copy it and paste it in any file in ur hard drive.
