From bandra, go to Sion via Kalanagar-T junction-Dharavi route. Once you reach Sion, take a left at the station and another left after that. This will put you on the eastern express highway. At the first signal junction of this highway ( which is also called as the suman nagar junction) you have to take a right turn and then go straight all the way to navi mumbai. Just after khargar and khandeshwar in navi mumbai, the mumbai-pune expressway starts with a wide and high speed fly-over. You can go on this expressway till you reach lonavala junction.

First off if its an EMERGENCY situation it is recommended that you take someone whos driven there before. Or if only u'r takin the seat, from bandra east or west, remember and ask at these check points as earlier buddies replied 1) Kalanagar via W.Exp Highway 2) Ask route to Sion Station via Dharavi 3) Ask and turn towards Chembur from Sion 4) Once in Chembur ask n go straight towards Vashi. Keep on going straight for L'vala and avoid 2many halts on the h'way. I still recommend to take someones driver or a friend or relative who knows the way. Happy Journey!!
