actually i want to have a sort of electronic device which can translate english into chinese during my travelling time in china....and even when i translate my english into chinese it can speak chinese words also so that i can make listen to chinese people who doesnt know how to read....i hope to get the good suggesstions from all of you my friends

Those electronic translators are all the rage before PDAs are powerful enough to replace them, I had Besta brand more than a decade ago when I just came to Canada, they are still making them. Chinese are less aware of them in comparison to wealthier Asian places like Taiwan and Japan. So you may not find them if you look for them only when you get there; buy them right here and now.
Most models from that company can sound, both traditional/simplified Chinese characters mode. But do check Palm and Windows Mobile software first, may find a good software solution there.

Get the motorola a1200 (ming). It has a longman dictionary with chinese and english, also handwriting recognition in chinese and english, and of course text-to-speech technology. I currently own one and it just so happens I would like to sell it.
