Just kidding (but I am serious, it will burn, although it won't burn efficiently)

C4H9O6 + 6O2 = 4CO2 + 5 H20. So, butanol burns to form just carbon dioxide and water. However, if there's insufficient oxygen, you'll probably get quite a lot of soot (carbon) produced as well.
