i need to send documents to my pal in vancouver, canada from mumbai, india. so does anyone know how much it would charge me ? and does the weight of the mail change the rate they'll chargeme ?

If you go to the Indian Postal department.They charge up to 500 rs a kg.I just sent an approx 10 kg parcel to Hawaii for about 4000rs.So documents I think will be lighter guess about 50-100 depending on the weight
