I work as hard as the next person but I don't see it happening any time soon, but it'd be great to be able to take to grind out of life and take time to see what it's really all about.
I'm not talking about Ipods or fast cars, but things like having the time to think more about things in places that are conducive to it - that would be a real luxury (i.e. not in the car on the motorway).
All ideas greatly received!

I wish I knew the answer to that! There are lots of risky ways to make a million, but I guess the safest way is to just save every spare penny in a high interest savings account - if you work hard you may just make a million while you can still enjoy it. However, from your question, it seems the money is not so important to you as the freedom it would give you. Maybe becoming a millionaire is not what you really want? Getting a job that you enjoy and gives you relatively more free time than your current job could make you happier, as well as being a lot easier to achieve. Good luck!

To make a million pounds quickly you'll need to come up with an idea which no one else has thought of and which will sell like hot cakes fast to make you that first million. Alternatively, if you have an inventive mind, get inventing. Some of the most obvious inventions have made millions for their inventors.
By the way, if you have not made your first million by age 30, you ain't gonna ever make a million.
Richard Branson was already an accomplished businessman while still at school age 16.

Win the lotto!! there are millions of hard workers out there who will never make a million. Just be grateful for the good things you have in life. Money isn't the be all and end all.

Probably get involved with some dodgy dealings, like drug trafficking, sex trade, money lending etc.
These people seem to be the richest around.
You'd have to develop a complete disregard for other people's lives and feelings and be a nasty sleazy little piece of vermin though.

Apart from winning the lottery don't think there is an easy way to make money. If you find a way then let me know, working for a living isn't easy.

I think obviously its not going to happen over night, but if you plan on successfully, legally making a million pounds, there will need to be alot of preparation and concertration and originality..
