You can either work out the common denominator, for a) it is 28, therefore, you get 8/28, 21/28, 14/28, 5/28 converted, for b) it is 10/12, 12/12, 18/12, 9/12 but it is pretty obvious because 3/2 is the only one with top greater than bottom, and try to work out c) by yourself this way. (hint: the common denominator is 24).
Or simply use a calcuator to find the decimal fractions.

The way to solve these problems is to rewrite each fraction with a common denominator. In the first series, this would be 28. The fractions would then be:
8/28, 21/28, 14/28, 5/28
Then it is a simple matter of arranging them with the biggest number on top first.

Instead of asking people to tell you the answers to your question, how about giving us one example and asking how the problem is solved.
A couple of things will happen if you do this...
1. You'll know how to do it yourself!
2. You will receive many answers from many mathematically minded people, therefore enabling you to choose the best method of solving the problem so that you understand.
You learn by doing....
