I still have until Feb on my current lease and I start in a new state on Dec 1. Can I get out of me lease contract and how?

Usually there are provisions in the relocation. Tell them you may have to put the relocation off until Feb because of your lease and see if they don't foot a couple months to pay the rent. Good companies would even pay for selling your house under the market value to move it fast and make up the difference. You have to ask and be a Little sly....

It depends on your lease provisions and your local jurisdiction. Professional legal counsel can advise, but simply reading the terms of your lease should make the situation clear. If there is not provision alowing for this eventuality, then you will most likely not be able to break the lease.

Talk to you landlord and see if an agreement can be reached. You may have a clause in your contract already.
