How did you know that i want to leave my job? That is very true. I want to leave the present job and take up another one, for which I awaiting the call for interview. The reason why every body wants to leave the present job is that they generally tend to get bored with the existing situation and want to go in for change in environs. Another reason for the intended change is that we are always looking for greener pastures.

Primarily the main reason is Work nature if u comfortable with it nobody can leave the present company, and the treatment that company is sharing with u, finally the pay and hike structure the company which is paying to u. Based on these 3 issues people are moving to other companies. Wherever u go the u need to remember u have to develop career wise not money wise.

I stayed for 8 years in my first Job and I am just some 15 months in my new job. Despite my significant salary increase, I am not happy at all with my current status.I dont know, I am already thinking Iam receiving little than most of my friends with the same qualifications.
A good question friend- I might leave given a chance now. I just hope it will be healthy enough and just to my career.

For the same reason I've wanted to leave every job I've ever had...I'm lazy and would love to have full control of all my time. Unfortunately, there aren't jobs like that and pay a salary. So, like everyone else, I go to work everyday to earn an income.

I have upgraded skills in the are of IT I am looking for openings in this area. More over I am not getting the returns according to my efforts even though I am sucessfull at the tasks given to me. I am overloaded with the extra work, present company not thinking to support me by providing an assistant to me. The most general answers most of them answer is Better opportunity more salary.

because it doesn't pay me nearly enough to survive and for all the bs that I put up with it is not worth it, I bust my butt there to do a good job and I show up every day so why would I want to stay at some crappy factory job? anyways it doesn't matter, for all that I complain I will probably retire from there

Because it is boring,exhausting, and brings me in to contact with PEOPLE who are getting more obnoxious every day.
