Shift of the power to China?

Question

I know in the future, China will be the major power player on the international affairs.

but first, I want to know, how far the have the Chinese shifted the power from the U.S.?

In other words, so far how much power the U.S. has lost to China, in dealing with the international matters? How much influence does China have to the world?

I know that France is no longer considered as a super power, and so as to the European nations.

As powerful as they are they will never reach the pinacle of success that the USA has reached in its economy and militrary power. Yes they might have a 200 million man army, but not the amount of high tech weapons.
