first the meaning of responsibility-trustworthiness,answerable, or able to fullfill ones obligation or requiring a person to take charge of or trusted with important matters or able to choose for oneself the right or wrong. Yes, it is important to every person or individual person to handle the responsibility, specially to herself/himself for being responsible. its not only for oneself, its applies to all, without the responsibilities, a person may not be able to know the choices of doing the right or wrong. and the obligation of oneself . , the most important thing of having the responsibility is the obligation and trust will be given to you as a responsible person.
