It makes sense, if he thinks marijuana keeps him sane, yet he keeps getting caught smoking it, why doesn't he just move to amsterdam?

Becuase if your not a citizen of, or are born in Amsterdam you can't stay there but 3 months at a time I have checked into this before, I wish I could tho!!
