To reiterate what others have said, no, you can't. Oscars produce far too much waste which will affect your axolotls and your frogs, and as the oscars age, they tend to pick on smaller tank mates (so your frogs will eventually be food). Also, oscars prefer their water temperature a little cooler than frogs require (not sure about the axolotl temp requirements).

Silver dollars are labeled as herbivores, but they're really omnivores. I have two in a 55-gallon tank with three African dwarf frogs along with other tropical fish. I find it kind of difficult to feed the frogs, simply because the silver dollars steal the worms and frog bites I try to sink for the frogs. I've found that I have to distract the silver dollars with algae wafers just to feed the frogs.

Also, you don't specify whether you have dwarf frogs or clawed frogs. If you have dwarf frogs, they'll be fine with the silver dollars (as will the axolotls), however, clawed frogs may eventually get to be a problem as some of them tend to get more aggressive as they age and grow.

Dear Ty
I would definatly not keep african frogs and axolotls in the same tank. The oscar can be very aggressive, and give off lots of waist. Axolotles are VERY sensitive to ammona and can tend to have rapped declining health if not kept up really well. As far as the african frog the oscar will pick at him and possibly eat him.
In their own tanks each of these can be a delight to own, and interesting.
hope this helps you out.

Oscars are vert aggresive and would almost certainly eat the Axolotals and Frogs- Oscars grow to around 40cm so they need a huge tank!

If an Oscar can get its lips around something and fit it in his mouth to eat it, he will. I don't know what size the other critters are you're talking about or how big your Oscar is. I just know I had an Oscar and he would eat anything he could get in his mouth.

if the Oscar is big enough there is no hope for any smaller live thing in your tank so I would have to say no!

The frogs will die if kept in the water, they will drown.
