Questions like these are very good mind bending exercises for Americans .Such issues test the resilience of their declared slogans such as freedom of religion and expression ,democracy, tolerance etc.. but difficulties occur when meeting the real world.

I don't know if I would vote for him or not. However that has nothing to do with his religion. I wouldn't not vote for him just because he was a Muslim.

Well to answer your question. No he isn't. He has spoken of his faith on interviews.
But if it turned out to be that he is a Muslim, i am sure not many would vote for him. Personally i could care less.
There are radical followers in every religion. You can't judge a religion strictly on those who have committed atrocities in its name.

His father is or was Muslim and under Sharia law that makes him a Muslim in the eyes of Islam -- and subject to the death penalty for apostasy in the eyes of Islamists.
But Obama was raised as a Christian by his Christian mother, and in the eyes of Christians and of US Constitutional law ("freedom of religion" and freedom to change religions) he is a Christian.
Yes, I would vote for him if he proved to be the best candidate on the ballot. Wouldn't anybody, under those circumstances?

Depends...what are his policies?
In case you hadn't noticed, I'm not superficial or racist enough to have his ethnicity or religion influence my vote - if he can get the job done, then I'll vote for him.

I do not think so, it would have been reported by this time. Would I vote for him, we don't know too much about him to make that descision.

Yes I will and be sure if he become president the world condition will change into good. Recently we are witnessing a new generation of crusades between US and Moslem countries but this would be a goog end on it. Vote for him and see the result.
