The cause of all troubles is Israel occupation to Arab land and the non Establishment of the free Palestine. If this problem is settled there would be no reason for Iran to have nukes,no reason for young people to join elkaida and no reason for Muslims to hate America

There is much much more that happened int hat time. And King Cyrus?.....never did much of anything for anyone. It was the counsel members under him that did much of the action. In any event...what is the time frame for a group of people to be thankful for a decent act and right that should have just been in place anyway? That was then and this is now. Lots of corruption and lies tangled with greed sinse those times. Nuking anything is never the answer just a quick fix of major death. On the anti-side of your comment, Iran is about 500 years behind the rest of the world strictly in human relations alone. They need to just educate, develope, and stay quiet. Perhaps they can be a positive functioning member of the world as a unit in 75 to 100 years. Incidently, the profit Mohammed praised jews and christians in the holy Koran. Try living with an element of understanding in life....and if your Iranian....try to pread that around a bit.

Persia and Iran are two completely different countries. Have you ever tried looking at a map of ancient Persia?? Besides, if you want to bring the Bible into the conversation, it was God that gave the Jews their land, not the king of another country. If you're going to take some things in the Bible as fact, you need to take it all as fact, not just the parts that you like or that help make your argument.
Both the political and religious figure-heads in the nation-state of Iran are hateful people. It's not just the Jews that they hate. Their fury is directed at everyone that is not a beleiver in Allah. And yes that includes all the liberal agnostics that want to make friends with every dynimite carrying suicide bomber out there.

Wow you are a one demensional thinker. Jews, of which I am one, do NOT hate the Iranian people but how should we feel when their leader wants to nuke Israel. He admires Hitler. We want the threat of nuclear war extinguished and I would hope if you are sane want the same thing. What do you owe the United States for saving the world and your country during World War 2? Plenty five members of my family died in doing this and it is current history not the history that you quote from the Bible.

That's a very illogical argument. Because of what some king did 2400 years ago (yes, that's how long ago it was) therefore we should take that into consideration when evaluating the Iran of today?
The fact is that nukes in the hands of Iran is extremely dangerous. Can you argue otherwise? Apparently not.

Since you are somewhat familiar with scripture you would also know that the ones who took away their freedom were the same people, the same ones that were going to completely destroy them. So much for gratitude. As well it is very possible the final freedom given was by a Jewish ruler anyhow (King Ahasereus married Esther making the son Jewish if the next king was indeed his son and from that marriage).
And finally, why should I like you if your great great grandfather was nice to me but you want to kill me?

You give your country a bad name, sonny. Nobody owes another person anything just because they didn't murder them in their sleep. The country of Israel has as much right to exist as Sweden does.Iran has a right to exist as well, but it doesn't have a right to destroy the country of Israel because they don't like Jews. Didn't Europe learn anything from the second world war. I guess the third one will be the charm.

The answer to all this is to forget about the past and focus in a brighter future, I´m not jewish neither muslim, but as a matter of facts looks like if both parts don´t give some of its historical issues a rest, everything is gonna end up worst than it is now.
