This is my strong oppinion. I'm always saying this to people because it is so true. "A family that prays together, stays together". But the problem is, most often, not everyone in the family is being what they should be in their own lives. That's where the lack of understanding comes in. When people are out for their own interests and only see their own views in the family. It has to begin with you. Once you put God first in your life, then you will learn not to put your own desires first. Then the change in you will begin to show to the rest of the family and in time, others in the family won't be so apt to defend their own views.

Try not to talk on phones or cell in front of anybody esp.yr mom n dad.Obey then,do not argue,do not fight wid them.during festivals or ocassions,forget about frendz n celebrate wid yr family.I think festivals n occassions are the best time to achieve understanding in family,so try taking the best of festivals.
Also try to show yr concern n love towards yr family members at every possible moment.DON'T BE LAZY!!

in a family u should establish a good relation to each other. to the elder the relation should be respectable and loving but friendly. dont be too much stiff but neither too much close so that ur younger may misbehave with u. u should keep ur relation close but a distance should also be kept.
