Yes you will get virus's unless your security is really good. Not all the stuff you download can be traced to source so you don't know what else you could be getting

Once again Lime wire blows monkey nutz, to many miss named files and viruses if bear share slows your PC down you need a new PC! Bear share rocks!

I've just recently had Bearshare and it slowed my computer down like so much, So I got rid of it and got Limewire, and installed Ad-Aware and AVG to clear the virus's, But Bearshare is really crappy, Limewire Rox.

bear share is terrible use
limewire in stead it's mutch better and it's free.

I dunno bowt viruses but I couldn't do anything else at the same time coz it was too slow
try Morpheus
