I have so many things in my mind but I can't find a way on how I can let it all out to everyone concerned.

Everyone is different, some express things more naturally and easily than others. And not everything that one feels neccessarily needs to be expressed through words to another.

Sometimes, a touch on the shoulder, or a touch on the hand, at the right moment, can convey all that is in our hearts and more. Words aren't always needed.

However, it IS important for us personally to be able to express things and get things out, and I think that the very best way of doing this is keeping a journal. Write in your journal anything and everything that you feel and think. Keep it private, and a secret. That way, you know you are free to express anything you need to in it. If there are things you need to tell other people, having first written them down and processed them in your journal will make it easier for the right words to come at the right time.

Another suggestion is to write "unsent letters" to people. These are letters that you pour your heart out in but (and this is VERY important), never intend to send. If you feel a need to write a letter to someone, write a few unsent letters first, and by then the pure emotion and confusion will be drained and then you can draft a letter that is suitable for sharing.

You will never find suitable way to say it, write it. Sometimes there is no way to express your feelings, thoughts. Once you will start saying something you will quickly find out that your words are meaningless in comparrison to what is in your mind. You have to use combination of two things together, your behaviour and your speech. If the second person is smart and pay attention to you he/she will realize what is sitting in your mind.

if can tell write them you don't need to put pressure on you ... buy a diary and start writing not as " my lovely diary yesterday i ate pizza..." but write as you talking to someone about your feelings and problems it will definitely help

WELL, IF YOU CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SAY IT, THEN ITS NOT READY TO COME OUT. WHEN IT JUST STARTS TO COME OUT LIKE DIARRHEA AND HIT EVERY INTENDED TARGET,,,,JUST LET IT FLOW.
I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EXPRESSING HOW I FEEL, TRUTH AND ALL. I THINK ITS RATHER STRESS RELIEVING

put it into writing. write a story, a poem, or a song...
