I am planning to buy a small size car. After searching i stopped over Maruti Wagon R Duo. I travel minimum of 90 KM per day (Delhi-Noida), so i want a car which is light on my pockets and high on mileage. So please suggest should i go for Duo or not. (pls hurry as rite now i m spending like more than 250 bucks everyday on my commuting)
Also can any1 tell me where in delhi i can find LPG filling stations?

Thanks in advance

I would say yes and get the duo. I'm so confident coz i'm goin to get one myself. As you mention in your question, low operating costs are important to you, (same case with me) therefore the Wagon R fits the bill.

Its spacious for a small car, is backed by a company warranty (which is not the case with post-car purchase 'kits'). And its perfect for city driving, which is also relevant since u live in Delhi.

And yes, i have test driven the duo, (a buddies vehicle, the lag in power is negligible, the performance is almost at par with a petrol WR unless you really have to nit-pick, and most importantly my buddy is a very happy owner, with a significant amount of money left in his pockets!).

And Maruti definitely has ample data & experience from the Omni LPG variant, which also means a lot. Mark my words, all of the manufacturers in India will jump into this bandwagon (R) : ).

I'm sorry but since I'm not from Delhi I do not know where the LPG stations are over there. But please do go for the Duo. "Just duo it!" (apologies to nike). Happy driving!

The duo is simply a wagonR with a factory fitted LPG kit. You can go for Wagon R petrol and later get an LPG kit installed.

I am sure you would have made-up your mind by now and bought a car. Which car you bought? Your mind is fixed on Wagon R Duo...so no point in giving my suggestion.

if you can survive on 2seater than REVA would be a best choice, it runs at 40ps/km! I will suggest that you should not bay WagonR Duo as it is a new car and we dont know about it and it reponse. You can also try Santro.

Go for CNG. It has low running cost and is efficient.
