The initial layout design is the most labour intensive part to a web design. A client may chop and change their mind many times before you even get round to building the site. A good designer allows for this initial period of design and you could expect to charge/pay around £500/$1000 dollars for this. Once the designs are set and approved then an hourly rate or page rate would come into play. Reasonable costs for a professional would be in the region of £20/$40 to £50/$100 per hour. Obviously depending on where you go you can get far cheaper or far more expensive but this would be a fair price to pay for the work

I also worked as a Graphics designer before and If I'm going to continue my work again I'll charge 250 USD per hour.

It depends on your creativity and the time period you spend with the particular soft wear you use for the design.............

If you have more qualifications and confidence what you are doing charge more................

It'll help you to build a demand for your creativity !!!

Pls use the package you are familiar and try to take the best out from you.

Good Luck & Go ahead !!!
