the one imprinted in my head deeply was "shutter" - a thai movie (2004), it's about a story of a photographer. i used to be the strongest girl among my group who doesnt scare of dark, doesnt scare of living alone nor scare of watching horror flick in the night on my own.
tho i put much attention on chasing the subtitles, it still scared the hell out of me that i had to dispose the disc to the bin right away didnt even wanna kept it in my house. felt like the disc would bring me bad luck or curse or sth. silly hey?
lately i found there r not much good horror movie around but Korean's has done pretty good job on it that numbers of them got me pretty good thrill to my nerves, if compare to the production from other countries including hollywood.
hell i swear to god this is the best horror flick for picking up a date.
the second one comes on my list i would say "the ring"- the original one from japs (i never watch the one from the state) whereas i assume they both similar cuz the story were the same.

the grudge- bought togerther some of the essentials in a good horror movie like confined spaces, water, dim light, loud noises and the fact that u see the ghost but u dont really see it doing anything, only the end result... the rest is in ur head!!!
the others - excellent plot and great twist to that story
the exorcist- absolute classic in that bought the evil into your home!! and the fact that it really does happend around the world makes it a great story.
the blair witch project- cos u dont relly see what it is!!!
the ring- was also very good cos the little kids in a horror is really spooky i think!!!

The classic Nightmare on Elm St. scared me when I was younger. Freddy quite terrified me. And, as lame as it sounds, 28 Days Later scared me, just because I really, really don't like zombies or anything like that. Things that are somewhat human, but not quite really scare me. But I haven't watched Nightmare on Elm St. in years. Maybe I'll get that on Halloween.
