Q1: have you printed a test page??? Q2: did you check the operator's manual, or a web site. Q3: did you install the ink catridges correctly???? These things need to be checked. Chances are, it's in your settings, and you need to go to the troubleshooting section on the website for you printer, or on your PC.

the ink cartridges may be defective. or wrong model, also sometime when cartridges get dried out from sitting on the shelf for a long time and they can do exactly that, i have had a few of mine do it.

you want to set your printer to print with the black ink cartridge in difficulty-free words. What has handed off, is that your coloration cartridge has run out of darkish coloration and the in difficulty-free words ink coloration left is pink. you are able to specify which cartridge to apply at the same time as printing records. some default settings are quickly set to apply the coloration cartridge. verify your black ink cartridge. swap over to using that one rather of the coloration one. otherwise, cartridge might want to might want to get replaced.

Uh, I agree with Joe_Young, without the 'honey' and 'darling' part........
Go to HP's web site or read your HP manual and help files to find out how to clean & align your ink cartridges.

check to see if your printer uses additional ink cartridges in addition to the new one you installed.....if that doesn't work. maybe your jet ports are clogged. and need to be cleaned out. good luck........
