You should be able to just double click on it and it should open automatically in Windows Media Player. Or you can right click on the icon once and select "Open." It won't open/play, however, unless you have Windows Media Player.

If it doesn't open when you double-click it, then you need to set your preferences for the programs that open certain file types. The media player comes with Windows, so you do have it.

Open it using windows media player. If not try using realplayer.

I think media player opens those.
