Is it a email client u are talking aboout, then check the outgoing mail server and authentication. else if its yahoo or google check with their customer support by emailing. If they dont get back to you create another Id and create a filter to redirect all mails from ur old email id to the new id.

Hello, Harpreet? Are you in the correct area? My drill down shows we are in "Special education" but your question is about email. For best help, enter your question again in Computers and Internet. But for now, contact your ISP. They will help you type the correct outgoing server name in Outlook Express if you have a Windows system.
