when uric acid increased what diet to be taken, do's and dont's -

It can lead to Gout and/or kidney stones.
It can be reduced by watching diet closely (less purine in the diet, which is found in a lot of meats.)
Although, some people require medication to help rid their bodies of uric acid, especially with an attack of gout, etc.
