Only if your degree has equivalency with American standards. For example, the typical English undergraduate degree program is completed in three years (as opposed to the four years in America). American universities generally require these student to complete more education before applying to graduate schools.

It will all depend on the number of "credit hours" you've compiled as an undergraduate.

To enter Harvard you will need absolutely superior grades, a high score on the LSAT, glowing letters of recommendation, and a brilliantly written essay. Best of luck.
