Here is the trick, Can you sue an ambulance service for refusing to come to a wreck scene? Next can you sue them for it if you are employed by the ambulance service? And does anyone know a Decent Lawyer in Arkansas that would take the case? LOL I am SERIOUS......!!!! Oh yes and can you sue 911 for not sending an officer to the scene of an ambulance wreck, or sue a city volunteer ambulance for not offering a ride to the injured patients.

Here it goes. My wife worked for an ambulance service she was passenger in front they were on a PR for the owner delivering xmas cookies to 911. The road iced over on the way there and the ambulance went off road and flipped. My wife has several compression fractures and 3 herniated disks. The ambulance service refused to come get them and they had to find their own way back to town. 911, the ambulance servise she worked for nor the other ambulance in that town never offered to take them to hospital. Once at the hospital which was 6+ hours later they xrayed her shoulder and knee and told her to go home and rest, then her boss threatened her with being fired if she went home. NOW do u see my dilemma?

Hey,
what is it with everyone wanting to sue people these days lol.
Well basically, you can sue anyone for personal injury providing that you can prove it was not your fault that you got injured. However, I think that the emergency services will only enter a situation if they are not putting themselves at huge risk. Also, they may go to an accident first which is more serious than your own, it is up to the court to decide if they have neglected you.

I think you are definitely going to be awarded some serious cash if the county you live in doesn't kill you first. Who did you piss off and wow he is really mad. But like you said they refused to come where they were needed and if 911 did not send an officer I would get out of that state now before I hired a lawyer.

According to the law in my state, if you dial 911 and request an ambulance, they have to send an ambulance as soon as the next one becomes available. If you call on a regular phone line, they are not required to respond. I know because I work on an ambulance service.

no. you are not by consittutional right, allowed a defense on your part, from any governmental entity. you can call, but you arent entitled to it. you are NOT entitled to protection from the american governmetn, illegal immigrant, american citizen, anythign you want, etc. you are NOT ENTITLED BY THE US CONSTITUTION TO THIS PROTECTION.
buy a gun and a doctor. if you can afford it. this, you ARE entitled to by law. stop letting them fool you and make more b.s. laws.

Why don't you just tell your story instead of asking a bunch of stupid questions?
