Sounds like you have kidney troubles. Both urea and creatinine are indicators of kidney function. They can indicate temporary or permanent damage. And can also indicate dehydration. If you are drinking enough water, and not passing out as urine, then you may have kidney damage or water retention issues.

If you drank a lot of water and passed it again, then you may have been just badly dehydrated.

Diabetes can also give you kidney damage, so get that checked as well the next time you see a doctor.

(Another answerer is confusing urea with uric acid, which causes gout when it crystalises in joints).

Good health to you.

I have never seen so much detail in the Bible than in the area of judgment. Yet it is this very subject where so many people, Christians included, get it so wrong. Here are just a few basic principles. A Christian is never to ex-communicate or condemn - Matthew 7:1 A Christian is not to judge a non-Christian - 1 Corinthians 5:13 A Christian IS suppose to judge someone claiming to be a believer - 1 Corinthians 5:12 A non-believer's judgment carries no weight with God - 1 Corinthians 2:15 The Christian is judged daily right now, the non-believer later - 1 Peter 4:17 Since the believer's old nature is dead and is born again in Christ, the end judgment will no longer apply. - John 5:24

the creatinine is a little high and might indicate kidney damage and the urea level is alarming and this might crystallize the joints and cause gouty arthritis...you probably had a urinary tract infection because it decreases urine output
