Yes. If you put it into storage the storage place had no right to release it to anyone but you.
Even if that person had the title it was released with out your consent.

In this case you may have to get a lawer and sue the place, but a contract is a contract.

The only way he can dispose of your property is 1. Your in Rent Default, 2. He must Auction off the Property 3. he must post notice of the Default and intention to Auction to settle the debt. 4. This is a Racket- once in default, they accellerate the debt by tacking on Absurd fee's and late payments.

We need to read the whole story!! The man, that got the pick up, needed the parking ticket, in order to pick it up, and pay the parking for 11 months!!

If you didn't pay your bill he can sell anything and everything you have in storage. It will say in your agreement how many months behind you have to be.

YOU NEED TO READ YOUR CONTRACT. IF YOU WERE KEEPING UP ON YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS & REPLIED TO ANY GRIEVINCE THAT THE MANAGER MAY HAVE HAD,I WOULD INVESTIGATE INTO THE SITUATION. IF YOUR PAYMENTS WERE NOT KEPT UP, MOST CONTRACTS WILL STATE THAT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS CAN SELL OR AUCTION OFF.
