Humans, the great majority of whom are still unenlightened, stupid primates, still insist on holding on to all sorts of irrational, psychotic thoughts with no grounding in reality.
For instance, humans have over the millenia invented imaginary beings they call "gods" who are supposed to be capable of all sorts of wondrous powers, and yet which are still modeled after humans themselves in appearance, thinking and behavior. After thousands of years, an unhealthily large percentage of humans still want so badly to believe in these mythological creatures that they will swear up and down that they are real, despite many logical inconsistencies and a complete lack of real, physical proof.
Humans are capable of logic and reason, but are still mostly ruled by their emotions. As such, they are frequently irrational in both their beliefs and actions, and can be quite violent at times.
Many humans realize that they have a violent side, and make up these things called "governments" to try and keep a lid on violence. These governments, though, are run by--get this--these same, irrational humans, only now, these governments can persuade people through a concept called "authority" and can also amass great armies to do far more violence than any similarly-sized group of individuals.
Is the human condition a form of madness? At present, yes. But there is hope. There are some humans, still quite few in number, who are able to more effectively use their rational skills to see past all the madness and magical thinking. Some call them enlightened, some call them transhumans. For the time being their numbers are growing, albeit slowly. Perhaps in a few centuries or millenia, humans will have evolved into a more mature species. Doing so will take much effort and education, but I think it can be done, if the will to do so is there.

Madness is the condition in the form of human, really. Sanity is instinctive. Like a bird, born wild, able to fly south for winter and know how to naviagate back home afterwards. Human on the other hand have to spend a third of their life learning from parents, teachers, whomever, the most basic life skills (although many never got it right) and then spend the next third of their life teaching their offsprings the same stuff the learnt (not realising they have learnt the wrong things that was passed down to them), and the last third realising that their life was a mistake and then finally die wondering what life is all about? The bird know exactly what is going on. Fly to your tomorrow, leave my with my sorrow. But humans shoots it down.

Many of us are - without, of course, our awareness - in a sort of "trance" based on egoistic reality. Most of us do not really know where we come from, or what the hell were doing here. Its like some sort of amnesia that we ourselves have induced. This is because of denial. We always base the truth on "the hands that feed"... without knowing it, how the hell do we know if the people who feed us with so-called "truth" can prove what they believe in? How do they prove it? Why do we allow them to force us in believing as well?
Because of uncertainty, apathy, and constant repression and escapism, the human condition is really a form of madness. Madness in the form of normality. Fear is in the eyes of madness. So there.
How do you think about "rumor-mongers"? Isnt that some form of madness? What REAL human being would even obsess on the lives of others? Of course - Normal humans, that is. Normally abnormal. They dont even know that they are almost dead because they refuse to put their focus on their OWN lives... because they unknowingly gave up on their own lives, they want to steal others'. It, after all, replenishes their ego. Some false nutrition. This is only one form of madness. Normality.
What world would create such waste? Clones. Normality. Fear. Fear is in the eyes of madness, indeed.

Hello... Daniel, (:
No Daniel, Madness is a choice. Some humans inflict on us humans what ever they want to hurt us with. It makes them happy. Just walk away from those people. Selfish, self centered people are the worst with way to much pride. They won't win in the long run of life because it's a Sin in Gods eyes.
Love yourself Daniel, and love God. Always do right by him.
you won't be sorry that you did.
Sincerely,... J (:

Depends on who you ask.
For me, the human condition is everything I can experience taken up to the max. Madness is included, but is useful for creativity. Anything that's given can be precious or a curse, depending on what we do with it.

Yes, some times. You may attribute this to the madness of his creator. At other times, it is attributable to the folly and ignorance on the part of the human beings.

It is not just one form of madness - it is out and out madness in all its manifestations!!
But hope is the greatest leveller. Our superior intelligence one day should lead us to the requisite wisdom that is sanity.

You sound like you are surprised at your own question. ... Is there anything out there that is NOT madness, but for perhaps the courage for humanity to encounter true enigma and anomaly?

yes all humans are mad, in-order to cope with life and because of their desires and illusions they become mad...they consider this madness to be normal and all people who do not accept the madness are shunned as being mad!
