Our company maintain the indian clients websites in U.S.A. is it necessary to pay the service tax to the Indian government or USA government about this please let me know the details as soon as possible.[shall we pay the service tax to the any of the government as the hosting charges for the website.

I don't think so. I can't see why. I think maybe the taxes should be sent to the Indian government not the US. If the US has a complaint, they should take it up with the Indian Government.

These aren't US dollars that are spent but the Indian currency.

It's a LAW that we Americans pay our taxes. We don't have the right to create a law to force other countries to pay taxes. Us Americans have got to quit being so egotistical. The world does not revolve around us. Sorry for getting side-tracked here, I've been up too long ;-)
