Victoria's Secret. I'm sure there is one in Honolulu. Have you checked Ala Moana Mall? I also like department stores like Macy's. I find that Victoria's tend to have very long straps that are way too long for me. As far as the brands go - it really depends on what fits you better.

Do you have a Nordstrom or Macy's in Hawaii? Department stores always have true, standard sizes and they won't try to sell you on any one brand, they'll help you find one that you like the most. Also they have a ton of price ranges-- even though I've had the best luck with Chantelle and Wacoal and I paid $60-$70 for each of my bras by those guys.
Victorias Secret has some really awesome designs-- I mean, really awesome, and they're affordable-- but they run small. Anyone who's ever bought a bra anywhere else will tell you that. Go to a department store for your best bet. There are just as many styles and they women who size you always check to make sure each one fits you perfectly. Never get a bra that is uncomfortable--- that's the most important thing! If you can't imaine spending ten hours in it, you shouldn't buy it. HAPPY SHOPPING!

I personally hate Victoria's Secret. The stitching is raw, at least on the bras I have purchased, so they tear up your skin. The sizes are totally off even though they are the same as what you have been measured to in-store. If you are over a D cup, they don't carry anything. Just to name a few reasons.
Go to a local dept store like Macy's or whatever is at your local mall. In the lingerie dept, the sales associate is trained to measure you to get the right size. Browse the stores and try on various styles until you find something you like.

You really need to go and visit a store to get measured correctly. The majority of women wear the wrong size bra. A bra should fit snuggly, with the underwire or bottom part of the cups sitting close to the skin. Check out department stores such as Macy's or Nordstrom for help with measurements, then you could always shop online.

FIRST YOU MUST GET MEASURED CORRECTLY. I DISAGREE WITH VICTORIA'S SECRET AS AN ANSWER (FOR THE MOST PART) UNLESS YOU ARE FLAT CHESTED OR AN "A" CUP POSING AS A "C" CUP BY TRANSPORTING 10 LBS OF SILICONE OR WATER IN EACH CUP)...
MOST MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORES HAVE SPECIALISTS IN THEIR INTIMATE APPAREL DEPARTMENTS THAT ARE CERTIFIED IN BRA FITTING. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY BRA THAT WAS COMFY TO ME FOR 18 HOURS, BUT PLAYTEX ACTUALLY MAKES A DECENT BRA THAT IS WITHIN ANY ONE'S BUDGET. THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IS A PROPER FIT, THE REST IS PREFERENCES, AND YOU SHOULD HAVE TO GET AT LEAST ONE UNDERWIRE SCAR & ONE PANCAKE MAKER LIKE THE REST OF US! :)
