It would be a lighthouse with a real bell up the top and little lego lighthouse men working there, maybe on a clifftop as well, with water at the bottom cool :)

i would build another habitable M-Class planet like Earth, but probably a smaller version -- around twice or thrice the size of our moon. then i would build my own Space Shuttle, launch myself into Earth's orbit, assemble the pieces of the new planet in deep space, and position it parallel to our moon -- also orbitting our Earth.
