which is better to work with . all men, or all women?

i have worked with both and im working with all men now. i prefer men. women are more competive in all ways than men. men are easier.

Men! Haha, I work w/all women (there's a few men but nearly not enough). There is just way too much estrogen around! Too much drama! I hate it - can't wait to get the hekk outta there.

I have worked with all men and all women and didn't like it. I have always found that working with both men and women together was best. Groups of one sex or the other tend to be bitchy whereas mixed groups tend to be a lot better.

I were in IT and in the companies that I have been with it has been predominantly men - when there's a catty woman throwen into the mix it gets nasty. The men are straight forward and no bs - there to get the job done and go home, that's what I'm about.

Men are better to work with, I say this because women have always given me problems. But working with men you have to deal with flirting.

u r absolutely right!!!women hav d habit of competing and to b the best (but not all).it all depends wat u r workin on,and the behaviour of ur collegues..try to mix with all whether with men or women and u wont have to think all tthis....
