Well, I'm not sure to what degree you are being stalked, but I'm assuming that someone that you don't like very much is following you around, calling you frequently, trying to find out specifics about your life, things of that nature. So my advice would be to play it off as if you don't know what's happening. If you don't give attention back to the stalker, the stalker will stop. If not, then I'd advise that you talk to your stalker and be up front and direct about your feelings towards this person. Good Luck!!!

Go to your local police station and make a report.You can also get a restraining order on the person ,so if the person comes around you all you have to do is call the police and they will pick the person up for breaking the restaining order.They will then have to go to court,and thats never good for them.
