Quit your job. Stay away. None of this could be healthy and it would never work out. Especially if you are both in long-term relationships. Quit thinking about only yourself for a change.

Avoid it like the plague, girl. Having relationships (sexual or other) with people at work is like peeing in bed. At first it's really a huge relief and feels nice and cozy, but pretty soon it turns cold and uncomfortable. This is even more true because he's your BOSS. Who do you think is going to get fired first if something goes wrong? Not to mention that you both are in relationships and cheating is totally immoral.

Stay away from him
Both of you are in committed relatiionships.....what about being faithful don't you understand????

You think of him because you did the prohibited deed and it was a rush. And actually that is all it was. A rush. Get your rushes elsewhere. Office romances get very messy and can not only cost you your job it can also end the relationships you are both in., The odds of your relationship being anything in the future are just about zero to 1. Not worth it .

Relationships at work never work out.. Stick to fantasizing about it or you will be in an awkward situation when you break up again or sleep with him and he moves on to the next employee of the month. Then you will get jealous when you see them together and end up running over her and him with a car.

try really hard to forget about him if you're both in long term relationships. if it gets too bad you could quit your job and work somewhere else...remember it's just a crush and not worth stuffing up your relationship

If he wanted to be with you, he'd be there already. Accept it for what it was and be glad you still have your job.
