England seems to have a lot of places...
I used to live in Romford, Essex (just outside London, UK). That place seriously sucked.
The outskirts and surrounding towns of Manchester also seem to have a population consisting of bigoted, uneducated and generally obnoxious fools - ok there are exceptions to every rule, but they seemed to be few and far between.
