Can i block some web pages which they come up automaticaly. In this condition very difficult to use my home computer. So please give me some advice.

Turn on popup blocker and go to ( tools>>internet options>>
security>>restricted sites) to restrict unwanted sites.

If the pop up blockers don't work along with Spybot, download Adaware SE Personal and run a scan after updating it's definitions.

Seems like you have spyware, download Spybot Search & Destroy from here:
http://www.safer-networking.org
and do a full update and system scan to remove any crap that your computer doesnt need (IE everything that comes up in the results) and hopefully you dont get those useless popups and spam anymore.
