Crying is cleansing and this world needs cleansing. You are helping to cleanse the world. Thank you! The world needs your tears.

Sure, if you think it will help. Are you trying to wax poetic, writing a play or a soap opera, or just having fun feeling your emotions? Seems a little dramatic. Are you really crying or just feeling sad and lonely? Cuz if you are, don't be, poor little puddin' tot. Maybe you just need a new Teddy Bear or a cuddly someone, other than yourself. Are you suffering over anything in particular? Cuz if you are, like that other person already said, " Go give lots of folks lots of hugs and kisses. Kiss the animals, the children, test your teacher, rather than the other way around. Do something different, like don't be imobile or imobilized by suffering in or around or through you. Take action. Know how? By loving everyone and everything you can. Especially love the elderly, the children and all life in between. Find a passion for helping others change their suffering. Makes you feel damn good inside too. Get others motivated in helping too.

You're certainly not crying for me, Lee, if I need tears I can managed to squeeze a couple out myself.
Self pity is self indulgent and very unattractive to boot. Sitting there crying doesn't help a single soul or alter human suffering one jot.
If you aren't actually depressed (in which case see your doctor) then I'd stop writing this drivel and go out and do something - there are literally thousands of charities and organisations who are always glad of volunteers.

There is much evil and much suffering in the world but you should not let that blind you to the joy and kindness that is also present.

You can be sad at the bad side of human nature and celebrate the good side as well. If you focous on the positive side you might recognise that there is much to be happy about and that you have the ability to ensure that this continues through making positive actions.

Suffering is subject to interpretation... imagine if you will this person being able to live in a constant numbness state, there is no true suffering in this state. They can not love, but they can not hurt either, it leaves them wondering on life and of all that is good. Mercy comes from god, you do not need to pray for such, god already knows who needs what and lets them have what they need to better themselves. A tear is a tear, always appreciated from those who know better, but keep in mind god knows what is best. What ever someone suffers, understand god will make it up to them. Mother nature has her ways, just as god has it's own.

Stop crying and think about your own life and what you are able to do to make the world a little bit better.

instead of pouring down tears , try to help remove all human suffering either yourself or joining some organisation which is involved in such things.

I agree Ninotsck....how about joining a humanitarian organization?
We can´t solve all of the worlds humanitarian problems, but if we contribute some help we can minimize them.
